Looking at the list of the players, it's obvious that 12 a.m GMT is way too late. For those in Asia that's past 2-3 a.m and for those in Europe and Africa it's midnight or past midnight. I don't know where Omair lives but if he's in Europe, Asia or Africa then it only leaves Tahir and Aaron for whom the deadline (12 gmt) isn't late in the night.

indeed, voting opens at 4am for me, and I've got work all day till evening, very hard to get a vote in there.
