Don't be silly, Brows.

My excel records put less or no emphasis at all on 1 mom each game, but rather all player's performances for each game :D

But this list of MOM's makes sense. Guys like for example Barzagli & Lichtsteiner have been among our best & most consistent performers, but have very few or no games where they stand out individually so I wouldn't expect them to feature much in this particular list.
Others like Quag & Gio for example are not consistent at all, but they have been clear MOM's for certain games.

You do ratings for players in every game?

Who are the players with the highest ratings to this point?

    I do.

Looking at the ones who play regularly, so far I have: Marchisio, Vidal, Lichtsteiner, Giovinco, Barzagli. In that order.

Giovinco being someone who may not "deserve" to be there. Then again, he has been quite prolific.

Slightly surprised to see Vidal that high up.

While he's had some very good games, feel as though he's had quite a few poor ones.

Then again, doing this sort of rating usually throws up something interesting.

Niall McGinn - Aberdeen's top scorer by miles and the leading SPL scorer from open play - is only fourth in my Aberdeen ratings (admittedly, he'd probably be top, but he's played a starring role in games I haven't seen, so can't rate).

As much as I approve of them, I find it quite hard to rate players who do almost nothing apart from score.

Yeah, there's always the issue of games you miss, and those will lead to (subtle) differences. But it's still quite interesting to have some sort of overview, to have something that you can look back on, rather than going by your own selective memory.

For instance, I'd never come up with Gio (and possibly Vidal, like you mentioned), if someone were to ask me who have been the best performers so far. Because that's not how I recall the season so far at this moment. But adding up all individual games/performances, that's what comes up...

Vidal and Marchisio both with 5 matches each now. Pretty sure one of them will have win Juventuz player of the year.

Updated: Unless Marchisio has great 3-4 games at the end of the season, Vidal will win it. Vucinic in his current form could get nr 2.
