That's amazing that Arthur literally cannot see the entire right side of our formation in on goal but Cuadrado can.

I get it for sure. I guess I just wonder if there should be a nuance to the rule for when a player sticks his foot from behind into the path of an already begun kick? Seems incidental contact to me.

But like you and others say, with current rules, 100% penalty :tup:
Unfortunately you can't dislodge this play from the football rules that govern "Play interference".
As soon as your opponent is not allowed to play the ball in your own penalty box, regardless if it is intentional or not, a penalty is awarded.

As an example cr7 shoots a ball at an empty net which has a defender on the line, and hits the defenders arms which are hanging next to his body.
A penalty is awarded and red card for the defender because of "play interference", regardless of his intention.
