And you know what the most amazing thing is?
Higuain preferred to play it for the team and didn't just selflessly tried to shoot anyway!
Most of the forwards would desperately try to score right after a lost penalty...

You didn't have to give your post a title.

England NT have practised over and over before every tournament and still suck at them, it makes no difference because there is no pressure situation firing them in on the training ground. It becomes a mental issue when there is a negative trend, which is what Juve and Higuain are in (Lloris should have saved his first pen, then he missed the second). Germany are good because they have bottle and successive shoot out successes.

But of course, maybe we can give him a €1m bonus for each penalty and I'm sure they'll all go in from now on.
England NT have a couple of practice sessions and think that makes a difference. What I mean is taking penalties in training all year round. When you've taken 30000 penalties during the year and slot 99% of them in top corner, you'll feel much more confident steping up when it matters.

But managers probably think that training penalties is a waste of time. So when the time comes and the player has to take a key penalties, he's taken maybe 50-100 penalties in training. And he shits his pants and takes a low shot that basically gives the keeper 50% chances of saving it.

Even the penalty Higuain scored against Tottenham was garbage. I'd rather have the taker miss the targer once in a while than this pathetic shit.
