Looking good, but we dropped off and the defenders keep making misplaced passes. If Sassuolo smack in a suprise (or not so suprise) goal it's gonna be a gruesome 30-40 minutes of defending and panicking.

Sassuolo are just the sort of team you don't want to switch off against at 2-0, if they score a goal they can be all over you and we risk undoing all our good attacking work.

I don't think the back four suits our defenders, we always look that bit dodgier with the lack of protection (plus the man less in midfield).

I wouldn't be surprised if he was the main reason why Allegri switched to this formation. Even when we played different formations this year, Mandzukic was everywhere on the pitch and convinced Allegri that we can try some new formation.
