Yeah, clearly lacking something too pass the ball in that situation. The goal was half open. Lack of playingtime and cobfidence i hope

The difference between him and most strikers is he didn't get to develop with lots of game time in a mid table side. He was stuck down on the depth chart on a Madrid with Higauin and Benzema amongst others. Once Higauin left last year he had 8 goals in 21 matches, and his goal per minute ratio was superb.

You're far too pessimistic about him.
