I don't know if i would say we play better with Marchisio instead of Pirlo but we definitely play a more fast European football. We can actually have counter attacks.

He is more dynamic and active when defending than Pirlo. Thats why.

We have an edge with the ball at pirlo's feet. But when we are high pressed or when he is dispossesed, the chances of s conceding are high.

Marchisio is better in the sense that he doesnt crumble as easy as pirlo when pressed and he can track back and cover more terrain than Pirlo because of his age and because he was trained as a box to box for a long time.
