So?

Does that mean that Falcao would be useless in a 4-3-2-1 against any team that has 3 CBs just because he's outnumbered?
Well if the rest of the team isn't creating any chances and Falcao is up alone against 3 cbs, I would say it is likely for Falcao to have a bad game.

I'm not saying he's been good, but I cant imagine many in his position doing that much better. We haven't created shit.

No, Jem, he's the worst player eveeeeeeeeer.... We're playing with a second string midfield and wings, but Matri is the one to blame.
:sergio: says :sergoi:
So Marchisio, Pogba and Vidal are not worthy to be on the same pitch as Matri ? Jesus fuck you guys are ridiculous. I didn't know Matri fanboys still exist. That's like Amauri fanboys, except worse

Yes, let's compare Matri to Falcao.
    I didn't.

'OMG Matri is playing against 3 CBs and it's logical he's bad' doesn't make any sense whatsoever.

Don't mind Dule, he has absolutely no clue about football whatsoever. Hust-level knowledge.
    Yeah, ok.

    I don't disagree.

Of course it wasn't a comparison.

Matri is a horrible player, there's no way I'd compare them at all.
That's the thing, Falcao is an excepional talent and Matri isn't. Maybe Falcao, a world class player, could face 3 cbs, but a decent Serie A striker like Matri can't and there's nothing wrong with that.

Defending these mediocre Italians, now I know how JuveJay feels.

Maybe if Marchisio wasn't hiding from the ball Matri would get some actual support. BUT I don't get why Matri deserves to be protected, every time he touched the ball he gave it away.
Matri is not the sort of striker who suits this role, as he doesn't want to be facing our goal, holding the ball and running back into midfield. Vucinic could do this, but it's like trying to ask a zebra to run the Grand National.
