the perfect formation for giovinco is any formation played while counterattacking a highpressing team, so there is shitloads of space to run into.

he had more than three misplaced paces where he tried to play the fance high ball but played it 5m into the back of the players. in terms of passing he needs not only a few lessons taught by pirlo. to keep the ball and system flowing you can not afford to lose possession times and times again by misplacing passes because you chose the fancy way of hitting the ball above the one that would suffice and get the receiver a chance to actially get to the ball.
