It's funny how everyone says Marchisio is a bandiera, yet he very rarely plays like one. He plays like he doesn't give a shit, just going through the motions like any other old mercenary.
Every time Krasic gets the ball he is alone, players are a bit far away and nobody around to pass to, so he has to do it on his own. Our players are afraid to come close to him, as if he has STDs
Guys - Who's Marchisio? I hear a lot about him but I've never seen him, is he a primavera player or something? can anyone shed some light onto his whereabouts for me?
Nah. Purely on a shot-stopping basis Storari is easily one of the best in Serie A, if not the best (alongside Buffon). The funny thing is, almost anytime he plays, he makes incredible saves...but then people seem to forget about them and get surprised all over again when he repeats the the same level of performance.
That was the most annoying thing in this half for me.
On one side Krasic is playing alone and trying to go through a wall, but what's much more annoying is that when Krasic has the ball everybody in Juve completely stops and starts watching Krasic. None of them run along. They stop and watch.
EXACTLY. No one moves, period. It's Matri and Krasic, and Matri has like three defenders on him, there's a whole bunch of space for someone like, say Aquilani (everyone's hero), to move in and crack one at the very least.
Pepe needs to leave. I didn't like Melo's back-heel in a very dangerous situation as well. Whoever left Totti open for that one opportunity, kudos. No one seems to be playing with any urgency, so this game is down the shitter. 2-0 Roma.
Its so sad to see how little quality we have.. And btw: for the first time in my life I really where happy to see a player from my own team get injured. (MOTTA)!
