Juve lucky to be equal at half time

NO way is it lucky! Both teams had good number of chances, and both have been able to finish off 1 of those chances. Both were good, well worked goals!

Melo's having a good game, except that slip-up which cost us the goal. DC doing good, despite having most of his crosses blocked.

People want Aquilani on but who for? Melo has been one of our best (minus the brain farts, I thought he was unlucky on the first actually) and Marchisio has just scored and has been decent.

Storari made a superb save from Pozzi and has been really quick off his line to stop their attacks.

Decent 1st half, nothing more. We still are incredibly vulenerable to counter attacks, Pozzi should have had a hattrick by now the amount of times he's sprung our backline. I dont know why we push up so high when we have no pace in defense...

Del Piero has unfortunately been horrible this half. Iaq could do with replacing him, and I would like to see Aqua on, but Marchisio and Melo have been doing OK....

Both Melo and Marchisio have been bad. I would've taken off Marchisio if it weren't for the goal. At least Melo is winning the ball while they're both giving it away with crap passes. Give 'til about 60th minute to see if one should come off for Aquilani.

Mediocre first half by Juve, Del Neri needs to shake things up a bit. Aquilani is needed. Maybe instead of Melo, the problem is Melo's defensive game has been quite good, he hasn't let Sampdoria's midfielders be comfortable on the ball, he's continuously hassling them and covering a lot of ground, but he's giving away possession too much.

DP has shown some magic touches here and there, i don't think he's done that badly, only problem is, he gets anonymous for extended periods of time during the game, but still he can come up with something every now and then, like he did in the goal.
