apart from Iago, who could sub Candreva and bring in fresh blood and Legrottaglie later in the match, who could help out in defense, i really cant see any useful subs. maybe Paolucci/Boniperti for Amauri, although the big guy is doing all whats possible there, youngsters probably would loose the ball even faster. the most foolish thing we could do would be subbing DC, while he is having a good connection with Grosso, marking two of Inters most dangerous players Maicon and Balotelli.
