Hmm fair point, he is a bit overrated by some ppl. But I wouldn't just consider him 'average'. 'Above average' would be more accurate. He isn't a bad player that for sure. Not a great one. But he still does the good tackle or cross here and there which is a good thing. Too bad he doesn't do it more often.

Clumsy and he's too slow, it makes him an average defender, at least for me. His crosses are hailed a lot but I don't think they are even near good. Maybe, you're right, then I under-rate him...but he'll stay as an average defender in my books.
