Yeah, very good first half indeed. From 10 to 30 mins, we quite stumbled especially our defense. I really worried about our marking and offside trap. However, after those trouble mins, we got back very brightly and it was all inspired by our captain. Wonderful goal, though we are very familiar with his style but whenever I watch Alex's free kicks, it's all the shame, it's beautiful as a piece of art, and untouchable.

Molinaro's still very shaky but his crosses improve a lot. Good progress bro! And Tiago played really good, won the ball brilliantly sometimes, I hope we'll see his sparking passes in the second half.

Forza Juve!

We def. deserved to be 2-0. I can see nice improvement in the game, and Im particularly happy for Tiago. He has been solid so far.

We need those 3 points and lets keep pushing same in 2nd halh

Forza Juve

Way too many Roma chances for my liking.

We're definately improving though and any loss of points today would be dissapointing.

What a fucking goal though. Shit.
Have to concur - our defence is in shambles today. No coordination whatsoever, lucky Roma didn't take their chances. The only thing I would love to see in the 2nd half is Camo in for Marchionni & Tiago to push up a little more. Or dare I say bring in Giovincho.

The last ten minutes of the first half were very good. We started to play a direct style where we immediately looked to go for goal once Roma gave up the ball, instinctively looking for the outlet pass to open up counterattacks, something we MUST do because our style of play embodies that of a direct sort of team. Perhaps Tiago, someone who passes the ball quickly and doesn't hold on to it for long, has had a hand in this. We need to keep this up.

Brilliant goal by Alex. Holy hell that was stunning. No idea how that man does it.

The KEY to the second half will be in the midfield; we have to win the midfield battle against De Rossi and Pizarro, which will be done through winning balls and KEEPING the ball, not being hasty. If we win the battle in midfield we win the game because Roma have nothing up top and always lose when they lose the midfield battle.

Indeed. Two moments in particular that showed this. First, when Grygera did nothing to block Vucinic and a very pissed Legro had to intervene. Second, both Grygera and Legro waiting for Godot in goal to pick up the cross, leading to Grygera having to give away a corner kick unneassarily.

We have to keep putting pressure on them and seek the 2-0. Our defence is not at its best, I could see us swallowing a stupid goal
