Our defense is giving more space to the Atalanta forwards to my liking.

Our build up has been pretty usless. We need a more creative player that can actually cross/pass the ball. Bring on DP or Marco

We are creating so much more on the left, Molinaro is putting in probably his best performance for us so far. Nedved has been letting him go on the overlap and he has put in a few great crosses for Trez, who was unlucky not to score. Zanetti and Nocerino are the perfect central midfield. I am loving that. Palladino can't cross. Put him on the left in a 4-3-3 formation in my opinion. It will let Zebina roam down the left.

Our first sub should come at around 55 minutes, Marchionni if you don't want Palladino anymore.

Nocerino is Azzurri material.

Why the hell not? We're destroying them down the left with Nedved and Molinaro it's just that Palladino's deliveries have been piss poor.

I'd bring on Marchionni for Palla at HT and then DP for Iaquinta on 60 mins.

    I'd say one of them is enough now to replace Palladino. With better service Iaquinta will do much better. If Del Piero comes in for Palladino (who is by the way warming up as we speak) we will play a trident. Iaquinta will go out wide on the right and Del Piero on the left. Nedved will work on passing.

    Palladino has been taking Iaquinta's space to drift out wide and blocking Zebina's forward runs because of his positioning up front not in the middle.

    Palladino - Del Piero's heir my ass :tdown: not even close...

    I don't think he has what it takes to make it big, and I'm not saying this based on the last couple of games..

    Exactly. I like our wing play, as I said, only the goals are missing. We're playing really good this way and we will score in the 2nd half if we continue like this (without Palla).

    No way. Our left flank with Nedved and Molinaro was their nightmare. Each and every cross Molinaor did was reaching Trezeguet. Our right side was paralyzed by Palladino's positioning.

    Bring Del Piero for Palladino and when we take the lead and feel comfortable bring in Tiago for Iaquinta.
