I have found that drinking beer on a regular basis is a rudimentary form of exercise.

1 pint = approx. 12 reps. 10 pints and you're beginning to look like Captain Planet. Simple.

Who wants to go halvies on a Beer gym with me?

It's great fun though! Dunno if it's the same with everybody that does it, but we've got a rule for each bar. For example there's the dice pub, you roll one dice and whatever number you land, you've got to finish your pint in that many goes. Another is the silent pub, where you can't speak until you've knocked back your pint, failure to do so results in a penalty shot, generally the strongest spirit behind the bar.

Have you never done it Red, it's a lot of fun. Endurance drinking at it's finest, half an hour per pub, penalty shots for being late and disobeying the rules.

Meh.

Aberdeen away games routinely involved drinking from 9am to 3pm and then from 5pm until whenever one goes home.

Don't need to make up games.
