Why don't you learn Arabic Seven?

You already know a lot of latin languages, why not learn something different?
I have a friend who studies Arabic and I've tried to learn it a bit, but it's just not for me. Not that I don't like it or anything, I just really suck at it :D.

I don't see the structure in the language. As a kid I spoke Tumbuka (a Zambian language), which is very different from western languages as well though. But still, I don't "see" Arabic, even if that sounds kind of stupid.

It is a tough language though. I'm actually better in English than i am in Arabic.

Yeah, we lived in Zambia for a couple of years. My mother and father worked there as doctors.

The funny thing is that I tended to use some words from the Tumbuka language till I was fifteen or something. I only realised that Ihwe (don't know how it's written, but it sounds like that and means "come over here") wasn't Dutch when I was twelve :D.

To tell you the truth I really want to go back to Zambia, but most people recommend against it.

I asked because I almost assumed that your parents were working for the Belgian government or something and I was going to say that it's as if we were both destined to be opposites in life. My family lived in Africa as well (My father worked there as a doctor), in fact I was born there and for the first 5 years of my life or so I only spoke Creole.

So we aren't that different *disappointed* :D

The proper thing to ask is if he lived in ZAMBIA! :andy2: ZAMBIA :andy2:

Nothing against you in particular in this case, but EVERYONE casually say or mention africa, when they very well know they are referring to a specific country, and could, but still doesnt. Like saying just africa is more understandable when referring to one of its countries :p That its one tiny village out in the wilderness so it doesnt make any difference :groan: And not an insanely diverse continent with 2000 languages and over 50 countries with many differences :p

It's easier and faster than to mention all the different countries but since you're curious: Tanzania, Kenya, and Sierra Leone.

van der Sal Man is a quality keeper so a direct swap won't be fair.
Plus, Bisco is already under contract with us. Rab made him a GK of your team and a GK coach of our team
I changed it. It's your job to find a GK coach now.

Do you really think I would lose in a fight with him? Have you seen him?
    :lol2:
