Guido's Pizza and Pasta S.p.A. and Real Italiens FC S.p.A. announced on November 6th, 2009 that they signed a Memorandum of Understanding under which Guido's Pizza and Pasta will become “Official Sponsor” of Real Italiens FC for all competitions starting from January 1st, 2010 to June 30, 2012.
Real Italiens FC S.p.A. is one of the most prominent unprofessional football clubs in the local area of New Jersey, boasting approximately 43 supporters in the US among which 13 supporters in Newark. The team’s sporting achievements through the years have greatly contributed to the Company’s reputation and prestige and Real Italien's name is now synonym of success, professionalism and tradition.
On the basis of the agreement, the logo of Guido's Pizza and Pasta, company active in the field of food and "flour" exportation, will be displayed on the players’ shirts at all the matches during the 2010/2011 football season.
Under the terms of the MoU, Guido's Pizza and Pasta will have the right to exploit the image of FC Real Italiens, including the right to use its brands’ trademarks on all technical clothing of all the teams of the sports club.
