well we can do something in procent style ...so the team with most points wins it... to give you an example: the poll is 20%, the rep is 20%, the posts are 20%, joining date.. So we need to think how much important these things are (in a matter of percents) ..an alen to calculate for each player of the team and to make a overall result...it's just an ideea..hope you can understand what i wanted to say .
