Cisse sucks, all he wants to do is join the worthless Liverpool team. Let him ruin his career with Owen and Heart attack- Houllier.

i'd rather not get drogba.
Agree 100%

decent player, but not enough ballskills, and lacking control.

he is very willing, but for a striker it cannot replace skill

rather Gila, or Cave, to have for Trez's substitute!

Drogba's performance last nite shows he will have no problem fitting in serie a...he would be an interesting prospect.

In oreder of preferance:
Cavenaghi
Gilardino
Zlatan/Drogba.

These guys will easily replace trez....

However i must say if we did buy Gila, i would like him to stay on loan at parma for a season, like what inter did with adriano.

French duo in Italian link

Didier Drogba and Peguy Makanda Luyindula, two of France’s most interesting young strikers, could soon be on their way to Italy.

Marseille ace Drogba (pictured) has been linked with Juventus recently and they must have been impressed with his display last night.

The 25-year-old scored the only goal in the win over Inter where he was a constant threat to the Nerazzurri defence.

Drogba is being talked about as a possible replacement for David Trezeguet who is being tipped to leave this summer.

Talks over a new Trez contract in Turin continue to stall and the international is wanted by Barcelona.

Drogba has scored 19 League goals for his club this term but he also impressed during Marseille’s Champions’ League stint.

Meanwhile, Luyindula is already dreaming of a move to Serie A after a good season with Lyon.

"I would love to play in Italy," said the 24-year-old. "An attacker can only consider himself to be a great if he can make an impact in that country.

"My contract here expires in 2006. I would love the opportunity to feature for Milan alongside Andriy Shevchenko and Manuel Rui Costa."

Jeesus look at frances forward lineup :

-------Henry ---- Trez-----------------------

second: ---------------Cisse-------Saha-----------

Third---------------------Luyindula----Govou----------

forth-------------------Anelka-------Marlet------------

they used to have the worst forward lineup in 98, but now...look at that potential lineup...better than anyteam in the world for depth.

Good, but better than any team? I don't know.

--------------------VDV-------RVN----------
Second:-------Makaay----Kluivert-------
Third:----Van Hoijdonk---Hasselbaink-
Fourth:------Bruggink-----Van Persie---

I'd say that's about even...

1. Cavenaghi
2. Gilardino

It would be great to see them in Juve...

Di Vaio and Trez can leave, even Morientes is better than them... No for Zlatan (too arrogant) and no for Drogba (just not good enough)
