There are million defenders in the world, why are we so desperate to buy a finished, former DM for a CB?
I ve red that we cannot sign him now anyway.
I dont understand why is he the only option available?
Is he the only free agent atm?
We have a variety of back up solutions, we need a starter,
someone very reliable, we shouldnt repeat the same mistakes, over and over again,
havent we learn anything of them??????

Cronios, if we sign him, he would be a short term solution (until January/July) to have a backup CB.
I ain't saying he is a good solution, but with all the injuries, we are looking for an available player and Di Biagio is transfer free so that is why we are linked with him.
I'd prefer Roque Junior or Trabelsi since they are also transfer free but I think the reason we are linked with Di Biagio is because he might be willing to sign a contract until the end of the year or the end of the season while the others would want a multiple year contract since they are younger.
