That would mean Nedved on the Left....hmm, its a good idea, but Nedved seems to underperform on the left with Juve (not Lazio).

he only underperformed because he was settling in to the team's style of play, not because of his position. I am confident he can perform on the left/centre midfield role if required

This is because many european teams are more attackative and the best way to defend against that is to Attack also. + All the successfull european teams (Real, Munich, ManU, Valencaia) have great midfields not nessisarily attackers. I put Zambrotta in the Right because he plays well there to and the formation needs wingers (Camo AND Zamby). Also, Zambrotta can defend well since all he has behind him is Montero.

What lineup do you guys think Lippi will go with on Wednesday against Feyenoord in the Champions League...Will he stick with the 4-3-1-2 formation used on Sunday or revert to a more attacking 3-4-1-2 to accomidate Camoranesi,Tacchinardi,Davids and Baiocco in midfield?

What are your opinions?

Moretti was playing good last sunday, I hope he's gonna be on the starting lineup tomorrow

I think he will be, he's the only left back we have until the return of superpessotto

He will most likely be in the starting lineup,unless Lippi decides to draft in Birindelli or let Ferrara continue to play centre back with Montero and deploy Iuliano as a left back..

But in front i'd have to say: ---Trez-----DV/DP--
As DV's role was more like DP than Trez in Parma..
DV can dribble, cross and deliver corners just like DP!

It doesn't really matter who is up front since all 4 are very very good. However I agree that trez should be the main striker, and start the majority of games, purely because of his success last season.
