our primavera will play Milan in one of the play off things

I think we should also loan Pasquatto out to some serie A team. He seems like a great talent, and he could use some experience before he plays for Juve.

Yeah thats old news, rather unique, but empty website too. Btw, Pasquato is supposed to be heads and shoulders above the rest of the primaveras, but he hardly has one clip of him on the net. When our strikers Essabr, bottone and such have some.

And here are full highlights of th game, Pasquato assisting the first goal:

I just read that Platini wants to prevent clubs stealing young players: that means that Chelsea might not be able to snatch Giovinco Jr. for free :weee:

They wouldnt have gotten him anyway. Milan, Inter and Juve youths are more safe then the youths of the other italian teams. But this is great if true. Daylight robberies from barca and Parma and such, must be stopped.

Aye.

UEFA can hardly encourage teams to use home grown players and then allow other clubs to steal them.

It is a loophole which must be closed ASAP.

I'm not so sure about it. I agree that stealing players has to be stopped, period. But not at the expense of the players themselves. For example, Hamsik wouldn't have been able to move to Brescia back than, and ho most likely wouldn't be this good, simply because of the fact, that we don't have good training conditions in Slovakia. This has to be taken care of as well.

NO, Hamsik was bought as any other player. The difference is when you have a huge advantage like in EPL you are allowed to offer professional contracts to 15-16 year olds while everyone else has to wait til they are 17 to do so.

So thats quite a difference in thats not equal. That you huge advantage in a loophole like that. Thats whats Platini mainly referring to I believe, even if he would expand it to protect youths in general. But its not about not allowing youths to move to better their career, but offer equal chance to keep or buy them.

Yeah, but the problem is, that Platini wants to change this, his idea is to make professional contracts available since the age of 18 (not 17, as it is now, or 15-16 in the EPL). And thus, under these new conditions, Hamsik couldn't have been transferred, as he wouldn't have had a contract by then.

You can sign players then, just not give them professional contracts, but sign them as youth players. But yeah, 18 is just one higher year, can be detrimental, but Brazil has that rule and it works for them. Even players under the age of 18 has left them with youth contracts on few occasions.
