Primavera: first seasonal joy

Juventus Primavera 2-1 Pro Belvedere Vercelli

It was the first bit of satisfaction in order to work with even more enthusiasm. Three days after the marginal defeat against Asti, the Primavera made up by beating another Senior Squad and of a higher category. Against Pro Belvedere Vercelli, a team ready to play in the Second Division of the Lega Pro championship, the bianconeri won 2-1.
The match was once again played in Chiusa Pesio where the team is holding its training camp. The goals were scored by Margiotta and Libertazzi.

With the second match in the archives, Bucaro’s team will now be travelling abroad. In the weekend, all the team will travel to Canet (a village close to Montpellier) to play in a quadrangular tournament against 3 French teams. On Saturday the team will play against Montpellier. The other semi-final will see Metz play against a team from the Languedoc Region.

------------------

Our youth team beat the first team of a 4th division club lol. A lot is expected of this team, I know our youth team has been really good over the last five years and produced some considerable talent but Paratici is doing an insane recruitment job, as well as having some strong talent having come through since they were really young. This team could well be even stronger than those past ones.

(all taken from another Juve orientated forum...where some decent info on all our most promising youngsters can be found)

i will try to find a report of this recent tournament our primavera were involved in over this last weekend.
