Hi guys!
I would like to know if in order to get a ticket to watch the Juve match at an away stadium (for ex: in Genoa Vs Sampdoria) I should have:
1) a TDT of Juventus
2) a TDT of Sampdoria
3) being an international member (B&W) card is enough to get a ticket to an away stadium.

In case option 3 is valid... If my B&W card doesn't arrive in Argentina at time for the match. May I buy a ticket anyway?

Thanks and sorry if it's a easy/dumb question

And for everyone:
sonny also asked me per PM how long it takes that the card arrives (he lives in Argentina) and if he can buy a ticket before the the card arrives, because he wants to watch the game against Lazio next month.

So, you don't have to wait until your card arrives (to switzerland it takes less than 2 weeks), you can buy tickets when your membership profile (online) is activated. So you will be able to buy this ticket with your membership number via listicket, print the ticket at home and you'll be able to enter the stadium without showing your membership card which may not have arrived by then. Just take your passport with you.

For away games it's different (not for every stadium/game the same). If you wanna buy a ticket in Genoa for the away fan section (called „ospiti“ in italian) you'll have to own a Tessera del tifoso (TDT, you can order via Juventus website, but it takes months until it arrives). But in most of the stadiums in Italy you can buy tickets for the neutral section without a TDT (I did f.e. In Roma, Torino stadium, Milano...), just make sure you have your passport with you.

Thanks a lot Wittl !!

About the TDT I though it was just for italian residents. In case it's not. Should I ask for a TDT online in the Juve website?
Having a Juver membership allows me any priority to buy away games tickets or is only for home games?

Thanks again!

No, as far as I know also foreigners need a TDT to buy a ticket for the away fan block.

But if you don't wanna buy one (it's a bit complicated though, because you have to generate a „codice fiscale“ and blah blah blah), just buy a normal ticket in a normal section then and enjoy the game. I did it a few times too in those away games I mentioned above and there's no problem with that.

My advise:
1. make the b&w membership to buy tickets for home games (just useable for home games)
2. forget about the TDT and don't order one. For away games just buy tickets for the neutral section.

Purchased the full J1897 membership with supporter card ordered as well.

Want to get in two games in 2019 but want to know how soon in advance can I but tickets, for games in February/March for example?

Trying to book flights and accommodation to cover enough days to ensure any changes to match days won't affect me.

Excelent Wittl!!
I will be in Olbia (Sardegna) for the time to Juve vs Lazio. But I'll try to fly to Turin at time to get to the match in case everything goes Ok with my membership. :hellyes:

You can buy tickets +/- 3 weeks in advance

Not that long. Last season it was about a month in advance IIRC.

Yikes, I thought I'd seen that somewhere alright. Guess it's better to pin my hopes on a the games vs lesser opponents would you think, to have a better chance of not being disappointed?
No, not necessarily. J1897 members are first in line for available tickets with each successive membership level following a week later or so. I was able to get tickets to the home games against Torino, which was high demand, and against Olympiacos which wasn’t so your odds are actually quite good with that membership.

No, you will get your tickets, if you don't miss the date when the sale gets open. Like I posted in some other thread a few days ago: I've always had just the b&w membership (or premium as it was called before) and I always got the tickets I wanted. Also for the big games last 2 seasons like Napoli, derby della mole, CL-final in Cardiff, Barcelona, Tottenham... so I'd say with J1897 you should be fine, even for a possible CL-semifinal.

One more doubt...
Do you know how long it takes to be a membership be activated in the website?
And when starts the sell of the tickets for the second match?
I wouldn't like to buy the B&W membership and the tickets sales begin before my account get activated. 🤷🏻

Thanks

Not sure, maye 1 day. It will probably start in a week or so.

Wouldn't be a bad idea to buy the membership now.

But you definitely need to hurry anyway when the sale's open, no one can know how big the rush for the tickets will be, cause it's Ronaldos first game at home. :boh:

Great Wittl. I've already bought my B&W membership of 65 euros.
After the purchase I don't know why the Juve website offered me to buy the TDT valuated in 15 euros if I don't live in Italy

Can I buy ticket online only with my number of member from the Listicket.com website? Or do I need somthing else?

Thanks

No need to worry about the TDT.

Now go to listicket.com and sign up, just that you are ready once the sale is open.

When sale starts, all you need is a running profile on listicket and you'll have to name your FRMFanID on the same page where you select your seat.

Btw. important to know: Will you visit the game alone? Because when you want to purchase more than 1 ticket, other person should be a member too.

I'll go to the game alone. Thanks for the advise Wittl.

I thought I was going to need another code or number for the purchase.
Or maybe load my juventus member number or FRM FanID in my listicket account.

I already have my FRM FanID, which I see on my juventus website profile.

The match against Lazio is on Saturday, that complex me a little my journey but I'll do my best to get the ticket and arrive Turín at time.

Hi, I recently become a J1897 member and they mention that it comes with welcoming pack, at first the status of my welcoming pack is set as 'PENDING' (which is normal I heard), but then just last week I notice the status has changed to 'EMPTY'.

I've been trying to get in touch with them through inquiry form in their official web but it seems they rarely respond to it. Anyone ever encounter this? Or are there any other ways to get their attention other than international phone call? Any insights are appreciated thanks!

I'm only premium member (or what is it nowadays) but has never happened to me.

But I know our Tuz-Jesus knows what to do! @Wittl

EDIT: And since you know all @Wittl, do we really have auto renew back with memberships?

Any input is useful for me atm, thanks Lapa.

I'm still hoping the status will change as they mention in the official web that welcoming pack will only be shipped starting from end of August, just curious why it didn't stay 'pending' , fingers crossed.

Just checked my status and it said "sent".

Never really cared all the stuff they send, it always surprises me when I get a message that I should pick something up.
