Too many mistakes on the goal. The recurring problem is that we so rarely put pressure on the ball when they have the ball in the final third of the pitch.

I can understand dropping off when they have the ball around the half way line but I can’t believe Allegri would instruct them to drop off when they have it in wider positions around our final third. We may have 3 CBs but it doesn’t mean all opposition are going to be dumb enough to just send in aimless crosses.

I mean last I heard were a goal behind why are we not pressing or raising our line... this is honestly a shameful performance. Basically gave up at this point.
Have you not seen how we play to stronger teams under Allegri the past 10 years?
It is always like that.. 1-0 is not the end of the world. Keep it like that till 80'
Then, push forward for an equaliser..

Have seen this attitude so many times..

That would’ve left no attacking player on the bench
Wasn’t that already the narrative behind not lining them all up from the start of this ‘must win’ game?

What i said was basically to put Chiesa on in the second half to play alongside Vlahovic and Yildiz now while we are also a goal down…

How bad we play it's unbelievable. And it's ,no referries,no away pitch. We are bad.Yildiz didn't make a single good move. That Disan interception. We are so losing this game.

have to say that the better team is leading unfortunately. the goal was very unfortunate though. but it's clear that they have a much better drilled team

anyway we should do much more. no midfield, rabiot is especially passive, while he used to bully the shit out of barella. it is obvious that he's not 100% yet

hoping for a better 2nd half, forza giuve

They're clearly better than us but we're showing them way too much respect as usual

I look at some of their players in their team. Di Marco, Mkihitaryan, Pavard etc. These are not elite level players but there's almost levels difference in the football they play and the stuff we played today.
