And I agree it's the best meal but there have been some awesome studies about NOT eating right after you wake up and waiting 3-4 hours before consuming a mean. Something about gut health, metabolism, etc. Who knows for sure but I've noticed a big change for me personally while keeping everything the same, my regular workout, etc. And I just roll breakfast into an earlier lunch. Breakfast food is amazing. A well-made skillet > five star dining any day.
