None of these players bar Kostic have any quality. Hard to look fluid when every single player in the starting line up would be described as ‘functional’

Not saying we dont lack quality but Jesus it shouldn't be hard to string together a few passes. The "we're not good on paper" excuse can only go so far. It is clear that these players have been completely tactically neglected by their pathetic excuse of a "coach" and are absent of any ideas as to what to do. I mean we are literally just hoofing the ball forward and inshallah hoping that someone will get it. Vlahovix and Milik forced to drop back to within 5 metres of their 18 yard box. Agreed. But Allegri’s style has always been to make the team hard to break down and then allow his attackers the freedom to use their quality. He’s done that, but the attacking players have no quality
