You probable (most likely) did get that e-mail, but Hotmail "filtered" it.
That's my guess, because like K said, you HAVE to register and thus, you will get that e-mail regardless of your order status.

1- Get a Gmail account :D

2- Call JuveStore.

But should I not be able to get the password sent throu some "forgot my password" link in Juve store?.. And you know whats crazy, I made an account yesterday using my email, the same one where I got the "newsletter" mail from Juvestore after I made the payment, and it was possible, to make an account with my mail.. Crazy huh?

Hi Guys,
Anyone bought their Juve jersey with the third star patch from Juvestore before? I just got mine today , and i noticed the star is not patched to the jersey. Are we suppose to sew it on our own ?
Your help is very much appreciated, as I was looking forward to my first Juventus Jersey.

Damn happy to get my Juventus Jersey, but pissed off to see the third star falling off from it. Anyone got any idea how to stick it back ? And theres no replacement for for customized products.
I'm on my own now.

Iron it back on, if that does't help go to a tailor and ask them to sow it on it.
With a bit of thinking you can come far man.

Dear customer,
due to a fraud attack about online payments, we had to stop and check many orders. Now we ended the check and we can release some orders, the yours too, but we need a well readable front/back copy of your credit card.
We were informing the interested customer about the matter.
