go to your account on juvestore.com, then under recent orders, details, click on the arrow (on the highlighted yellow bar)

you should get an invoice of your order, then next to Items Ordered it should say track your order

a new window should open, then click on the link in the new window

Actually I think that is the reference number. Follow his instructions from Juevstore's website to get your 18-digit tracking number.

Follow the below instructions to track your order. That code in the email is the reference number I think, surely not the tracking number. You'll get the tracking number by following these instructions.

Thanks mate, but I dont have a Juvestore account.. That's the problem.. And I did not get the mail from Juvestore when I made the payment. The only mail I got was a newsletter shit, and an email from Paypal with some id number that starts with 951....

Yes.. Or that's what I did.. :S I got through the payment and all. They also have withdrawn the money from my bankaccount.

It is not mandatory for purchasing, but at the first order the user will be automatically registered and will receive a generic password. This one will be able to be changed immediately through the link shown in the confirmation e-mail.

I did not receive any generic password? omfg what is this?. I only got some newsletter $#@!..

You probable (most likely) did get that e-mail, but Hotmail "filtered" it.
That's my guess, because like K said, you HAVE to register and thus, you will get that e-mail regardless of your order status.

2- Call JuveStore.
