God damn it, is it seriously not possible to buy a jersey that is designed exactly the same as the shirts the players wear? I spent 129 euros (with shipping) on an official shirt from Juvestore thinking it was the real deal and then I spot subtle differences between what I got and what I see the players wearing (airholes underneath the armpits etc)

Wait, so the home shirt they're selling doesnt have airholes in the armpits?

There is always a difference between official replica kits and official authentic match kits. Many clubs don't even give you the option to buy an authentic match kit, or if they do they are ~€100 just for the cost of the shirt.

Yeah, researched that last night. However, even on the replica shirt there is a sticker that says: "AUTHENTIC. Designed to the exact specifications of championship athletes" That couldn't be further from the truth and it's just an obvious example of false advertising.

That's pretty shitty tbh. I haven't ordered mine yet but I'll be sure to check it out. They'll have official replicas in JJB stores here, so I can have a look before I buy it.

True, the difference can go as far as the quality of the jersey's material and the form fitting of the jersey, the one for the players usually tighter. But if some details like you mentioned is different then it means nike are messing up with us fans.

It's an authentic replica. As in made by Juve and Nike. There's fake replicas but those are not nearly as good as the legitimate ones. The authentic jersey costs almost double that of the authentic replica.

In a little while, you will be able to buy it. It will be called a "Match Shirt" and will cost maybe 40 euros more than the replica.
