Juventus president Giovanni Cobolli Gigli has confirmed the fallen Italian giants are gunning for next year's Serie A title.

The Old Lady were relegated to Serie B last term over the infamous match-fixing scandal, but are currently third in the table after an impressive start to the season.

Not only does Cobolli Gigli want promotion this time around, but the Juve supremo is targeting being Italy's finest just 12 months later.

"Next year winning the scudetto will be imperative," Cobolli Gigli told Sky Italia.

"As we'll be back in Serie A we will try to win it and we'll probably be less kind than we are now."

Definitely possible. The current team as is, is definitely a top four contender in the Serie A if not possible champion. Of course, defense is a major defining criteria, but with reinforcements like Barzagli lined up, I think we could have a championship contending team, next season if we do indeed make the Serie A.

I don't want us to be on par with Milan.

Relegation batllers? No thank you.

Priority should be top 3 or 4 to reach Champions League.

That would help our financial situation.

If we win Scudetto BTW I wouldn´t mind.

come end of season milan will finish in the top 3. milan have a great squad, surely superior to ours at the moment, they have some problems, mainly in attack but that will be sorted out in the future. so i'd be happy if we are on par with them next season.

I just hope they won´t solve their attacking problems by loaning Trez from us.

imagine this

Juve is champion again,Revenge mission complete and our enemies crying again

that would be unforgetable
:agree:

I don´t think Juventus want to revenge to anyone, but that would be the proof we are still the best.

Afterwards Inter will be up our asses again, they'll try to hit us with another scandal report, how we bribed serie B teams to lose for us :disagree:

But I guess its understandable that Inter simply cannot believe one team can win so much, regardless of team strength.
