he was a great player on CM 1 year, just really, really, really slow!
He was slow and disastrous for us in real life, don´t know what season was exactly, I think 2000 or 2001. ;)

Also Carini was wasted by binter, this is not surprise.
He spent only one season in Inter, most of the time he was loaned out, so I don´t know how he was wasted by Binter Merda.

Also Carini was great in 2001-2002,remember Juventus reserves vs arsenal, champions league match

He would be one of best goalkeepers

but he wasted by binter, this is not surprise.
Yeah he was amazing as well there was no need to buy a keeper for 25 years with him as back up!

Yeah i think it might have been 2000, if only he had the pace he would have been the complete midfielder!!! :)

By binter i presume you mean Inter, if he was wasted at Inter then what was he at Juventus cos he stayed longer with us , did he not?. Besides too many average players are labelled sensation and just very few are actually sensational. Look at Argentina everytime a player can play a bit he is sensational and as far as im concerned the only 1 in years i have ebeen excited about is messi, same with brazil but just kaka is worth the hype in the last 4 years, the rest are just good

i dont know about him, but i think both trezeguet and zalayeta will leave in the summer. so we need a proven scorer (looks like Klose wont be leaving Bremen now), and a back up. Cavani could be a decent back up player.

I saw a couple of Uruguay's matches and I don't think he has ibra's style. His style is more likely Batistuta's, good finishing, heading and with the ball don't do that bad.

Fonseca is his agent, what can make easy his transfer to Juve.

Edit: Oh, I forgot to say, in my opinion he's the best player on this SA U-20. Better than all brazilians and argentinians.

Cavani set for Rosanero Monday 29 January, 2007

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Palermo are expected to complete the signing of highly-rated Uruguayan striker Edison Cavani on Tuesday.

The 19-year-old, a reported target for Juventus and Milan, helped Danubio Montevideo win the Apertura tournament by scoring 13 goals,

He also impressed in the U-20 South-American Championship in Paraguay, leading to comparisons with Inter striker Zlatan Ibrahimovic.

“Cavani will be in Italy tomorrow – there’s a 90 per cent chance that he will sign a deal with Palermo,” said the player’s agent Vincenzo D’Ippolito.

“No other club made a firm offer for Cavani, they were the only ones to send a written proposal to Danubio. We will sign on Tuesday,” explained Pierpaolo Triulzi, another agent.

Reports suggest that the Rosanero have made a £3.5m bid for the striker, who said that he would be delighted to move to Italy.

The Rosanero are currently third in Serie A with 39 points, but were defeated 3-0 by Lazio at the Stadio Barbera last weekend.

I thought Fonseca was his agent...and why the hell is he going to Palermo

I remember Fabian O'neil having one heck of season with Cagliari before he joined us. When they Isolani beat Milan 3-1, he was simply sensational scoring terrific half volley to cap up masterful performance. If my memory serves correctly, he also score 7-8 goals in that season which was no mean feat for a midfield back then. But no matter how technically good you are, if you don't have physical prowness, you simply won't keep up your performance in this league. And O'neil's would give Tudor a good run for money in terms of spending time on the treatment table.
