Whats the situation on Del Piero and Capello? there were specualtions that the meeting will include their issue in the discussion.
I hope it is discussed. No way DP loses in that discussion.

Matteo, well its really difficult to tell now. I am not saying that they have done bad things or they are all guilty but from what I am hearing/reading lately that if the resignation is to be put its going to be to Juventus' benefit. Obviously now something is not right. Even the press release of the resingation is too breif to know the exact situation.
Lets just hope for the best for our players on Sunday, currently thats the most important thing. What a way to end the season :(

unthinkable but even if wirst happened and we did drop that low we would surely come back. Juve has always come out on top. she is the fidanzata d'italia spirito juve would get us back to the top where we belong.

oh please. this is hardly a case of 'fighting for justice in football.' everyone knows everyone's corrupted. they dont care about cleaning the system up, they just want to tarnish juve's reputation in the name of justice, and that fokin annoys me.

Oh yeah, nothing happened alright. This is all just media bullshit, which is fairly common from REUTERS. Our club is as clean as a whistle..

No Lou. If it's PROVEN we fixed games I want a relegation. But that hasn't happened so far.
I see your point, amico mio, but it is extremely naive to think that the other big teams aren't doing exactly the same thing.

relegation ?? no one club will dare to raise a voice against juve because no club is clean in the league and every one hope the storm will not hit home.

Like I've said numerous times before: who cares? I'm sorry but the correct punishment for fixing games is going down. Sure, there might be other teams out there doing the same, but until WE are clean we shouldn't complain.

Matteo, you are jumping into conclusions. Who said we fixed games?? The evidence are not even close to point us on fixing games.
There is anoter problem that include 300 million euro and Giraudo. I don't udnerstand italian that well I posted it in the Giraudo thread at the team section. It could be finacially..
It is obvious tha the agnelli/Elkann want the club back so lets not jump into conclusion.

Juventus - Everybody out
Thursday 11 May, 2006
The entire Juventus Board of Directors has resigned amid the Luciano Moggi telephone transcript scandal, causing an earthquake within the club.

“The Juventus Board of Directors has handed its resignation to the shareholders and called a meeting for June 29, 2006,” read the official statement this evening.

There were rumours that Moggi would offer to quit following the days of newspaper allegations and police investigations into his relationship with refereeing designator Pierluigi Pairetto, as transcripts of alleged telephone conversations were made public.

Yet this has been a cataclysmic shift in the club structure and one that effectively ends an era at the Delle Alpi.

The so-called Triade of director general Moggi, President Roberto Bettega and administrator Antonio Giraudo had been the architects of a Juventus success story over the past decade.

There were doubts over two members of this trio, but it had been thought that Giraudo would stay on, as he owns 3.6 per cent of the club’s shares.

The Bianconeri will completely restructure the side for next season and this could also include Coach Fabio Capello, who has been strongly linked with Inter.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Though I wanted this to happen, yet this is really said to see them leaving. It'll get sometime to get used to the Idea that the Trident left.

Exactly

JUVE SHOULD NOT TAKE THE FALL FOR A ROTTEN SYSTEM, IF THIS IS THE CASE

There are other clubs who've come under the light recently, clubs such as Inter, Fiorentina, Roma, Messina and SURPRISE SURPRISE - NOT ac milan (suspicious)

Fine, relegate us if the allegations are true

But keep on investigating, seek out those other clubs, and make sure they fall down as well

FORZA JUVENTUS!!!!

I'm sorry guys, but do you think it's likely the entire board resigned and nothing actually happened? I think we're really seriously fvcked. I know there's no conclusive evidence as of yet, but it seems to be a matter of time.
No, something happened alright, I just don't know what. I mean it comes as no surprise that Moggi has been involved in some shady business. But downright illegal? It very well could be, but I'ld like to see some hard evidence in that case.
Wether there really were illegal dealings or not, the image of Juventus had been tainted, so much that the current board of directors could do nothing about it except resign so that the club can start fresh and with a clean sheet.
