Now look, I know Azzurri7 and all the other users that love Del Piero think I'm a DP hater but I'm gonna take my chances and present these stats I just saw. You guys can read into them in anyway you want.

Basically, these are stats of how many points the team gets with those players playing.

Camoranesi 36 points / 19 games 1.89 Points per game
    Chiellini 44/25 1.76 PPG
    Buffon 37/21 1.76 PPG
    Iaquinta 14/8 1.75 PPG
    Sissoko 24/14 1.71 PPG
    Giovinco 20/12 1.66 PPG
    Melo 36/22 1.63 PPG
    Marchisio 31/19 1.63 PPG
    Poulsen 29/18 1.61 PPG
    Amauri 35/23 1.52 PPG
    Del Piero 16/15 1.06 PPG
Del Piero is the reason for everything. I knew it.

Honestly, you guys have to take it easy. Its getting a bit too much. Its like, whenever I say anything about Ale, I have to post a special message to you guys. I'm really not interested in arguing with you guys all the time or be the face of "the Del Piero haters" on this forum.

I didn't post these stats to talk shit about Ale. I just found it on VS and I thought that it would probably be something this forum would be interested in reading.

And yes, kudos to Ale for being so efficient. I wish he could play on the flank cause that would solve a lot of our problems. If there was a way to play Ale, Diego and Giovinco together that would be great.

I wouldn't drop him for a player like Giovinco. Not yet. And I didn't actually come up with those stats to rob it in your face (even though you deserved it) but facts are up for everyone to see. The stats are very bad, no doubt but whether you like it or not, even at our worst season in many years, Alex, our 35 yo captain has still been contributing to the team more than anyone else. Sad, but true.

Of course we always misunderstand you. You never meant anything bad when you said he is not a leader and he only cares about scoring goals. You never meant anything when you said he should be dropped. You never meant anything with posting these stats.

It's our bad intention. Forgive us.
