I agree.. we have enough foreigners in our team.. we need italian players since we are an italian team.. we should be like last time where we had the most italian players on the field... now we have so little italians in our team... but yeah... i would welcome any player from any end of the world as long as they are good and as long as he has the heart for juventus ... that is the champion's heart!!! To think that no african player is good enough for Juve isn't really racist. It's just... the fck i know... its still "sounds" racist, but still isnt at the same time.
All I can say is: Name 1-3 African players who could replace any of our 1st XI players at Juventus?
Hard for me, since im not so in to African football, but I've always loved Nigeria and Jay-Jay Okocha

Well said: What has come of this once amusing and thoughtful web-site? It is increasingly becoming the den of the ignorant, foul-mouthed and down-right bigoted/rasist. these attacks on my senses: by langauge, visual representaions of femals as sex objects (avatar), open hostility to people of a different skin/creed/gender are truly begining to bring my many years of visiting here to an end.
I ask once again if those reponsible for the running of this site can be more on hands, or at least provide a section where, we of a uncertain type, can freely go without insult to our being?

There are plenty!
The majority of the french national squad is of african origin & they are world class players.To say anfrican players are not good enough is ignorant!
Just remember that the vast majority of african players dont have access to training facilities,youth development,professional coaches & big name sponsors compared to the rest of the world.
The fact is, is that the rest of the world doesn't give a fvck about africa & there will be no change in the fotunes of african football cause all the money lies in europe & south america.

what is wrong with saying no african players are good enough for Juve? its simply Orgut's opinion. i agree with Seven, i would say no Scottish players are good enough for Juve.
BUT IMO, there are a few African players who are very good players and would be great at Juve eg Eto'o, Essien, Diarra and Obi Mikel (he really impressed me recently)
Edit that: Barry Ferguson is most definatly capable of playing for Juve and he is Scottish

BTW Greek players sux and noone is good enough to be a Juve starter(though Seitaridis used to be)
Is the player good enough for Juve, why not? It's not a matter of nationality for me and football is such an international sport. Although I've always had a thing for Italian players. Marchionni, Barzagli, Chivu and many more seem to be heading our way in the near future. Juventus is a great place to harvest italian skill, and players from outside of Italy and especially outside of Europe could feel a little bit alienated in the Italian atmosphere so it will probably be harder for them to adjust than for an Italian player.
