    Please, no more Brazilians...:pumpkin:

Their playing doesn't suit Juve at all...
    thats silly.

    whats far more worrying is this snippet from football italia's website;

" Monaco stopper Gael Givet and Newcastle No 6 Jean-Alain Boumsong are reportedly also on Dechamps’ wish list."

Boumsong was the worst player in the premiership the last two seasons.

    i wish i was exagerating.

oh how the mighty have fallen if we're looking to sign people of his calibre...

I know ricardinho, seen him play many times, not too sure about felipe, a few filepe come to mind so unsure which one of em is this guy. Im 50-50 about having a brazilian but dont mind providing his actually useful loyal and useful unlike our last one. I think creativity has always been a main issue for us lets hope ricardinho can do something special for us. BTW how much are these guys gonna cost? I hope not too much.

Juve eye Brazilian duo Friday 28 July, 2006 (Channel4 FootieItalia)

    --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Udinese's highly-rated stopper Dias Felipe is a confirmed transfer target for demoted Italian giants Juventus – and he’s not the only Brazilian who may join the club.

Juve’s interest in the defender has been revealed by sporting director Alessio Secco, who is working towards building a new side for Coach Didier Deschamps.

“Felipe? Yes, we are interested and we like him,” said Secco at the Quark Hotel in Milan where the summer transfer market is housed.

The 22-year-old Brazilian is understood to be keen on a move and would be willing to play in Serie B.

Felipe is not the only target for Juve’s future defence though, one in need replacements for the departed Lilian Thuram, Fabio Cannavaro and Gianluca Zambrotta.

Monaco stopper Gael Givet and Newcastle No 6 Jean-Alain Boumsong are reportedly also on Dechamps’ wish list.

Meanwhile, Felipe could be joined at the Bianconeri club by countryman Luis Ricardinho during the new campaign.

The 30-year-old midfielder presently plays for Corinthians and was part of the 2006 World Cup Seleçao.

Ricardinho’s agent was in Italy this week and was contacted by several teams. The player has an EU passport which may facilitate his transfer to the peninsula.

The midfielder’s current salary is £1m and Corinthians have set a £2.4m termination clause, a price Juventus would be available to discuss.

Felipe is a very good defender, I wonder how much his transfer would be worth. He impressed me very much at Udinese last season...he's 22 and a great prospect for defence...one of the better Brazilian defenders. His playing style kinda reminds me or Cannavaro.

As for Ricardinho, I haven't seen much of him, I guess he would be the creative midfielder on our short term squad, but don't we already have enough players in midfield and forward?

    so true.

boumsong would be a disgrace. we've got a bad reputation as it is here in engerland let alone becoming a laughing stock by signing boumsong

    ..

Felipe would really a great signing, but i really doubt it. Milan has been linked with him for like forever to replace Maldini in thier team. I dont think he'd come to Serie B.
