yes we did....or at leaast i remember we had a certain o'brien back then........i think we are talking about a different o'brien...
That seems likely. I'm talking about John O'brien, who currently plays for Ajax and the United States National Team.

I am 100% Bianconeri too! But i have to admit that Valencia's Pablo Aimar is a player on every manager's wish list. I'm not saying that he alone can win games, but is talents are complete and well balanced. Credit to Valencia's Aimar.

About Juve's tactics: I think making Di Vaio as a left winger, (what ever side he chooses or which ever is comfortable) is something to be taken into consideration. His pace can definitely be useful to make runs similar to Camoranesi's.

Opinions?

Being a winger needs some skills that i doubt Di Vaio have like crossing and dribbling and pressing and sometimes defending.

Yes he would,I remember one time Del Piero actually was a left winger, but I doubt he would want to play there.

That's because he is the most popular player in Itlay.

Switching Del Piero down the flanks will weaken Juve's attack because he brings so much quality in the opponent's box which makes defenders panic. He either creates room for Trez, or make defenders look stupid and helpless. So, Del Piero should stay up front definitely!

I think Zambrotta is another candidate to try and adapt to the left wing. Since Camoranesi has earned his rights to stay down the right flank of the pitch.

Opinions? I just think there's so much quality from Zambrotta, it saddens me to see a great player on the bench. Wouldn't it be better to let Zambrotta and Camoranesi in on the same pitch at the same time? Reactions?

primo i agree with you....but zambo needs to prove himself by doing well in the next few games...zambo can also play in the middle and as a wingback...he's versatile, although his creativity leaves a bit to be desired...

So 3-4-1-2 or you're going do move Davids? (where?).
I don't like 3-4-1-2 any more (Ancelotti's times - it's enough for me)
Davids to DM - good idea, Tacci to the bench. Zamby and Camo can provide defence and pressing in midfield. Really good variant I think. We'll get very fast and mobile mindielf, where any player can attack sometimes, fast wingers, and awesome DM, covering all in the middle of the pitch.

My idea: we have 3 players: Neddy, Zamby and Camo. 2 positions: AM, ML. Any pair can coer ths positions. Neddy cover AM, Zamby - ML, Camo - the free one (ML/AM). The only question is - can Camo do that or not? BTW D'Ale is more useful in this possitions, but hi is left winger.

Okay, visualize this: My personal formation 4-3-1-2

(GK)Buffon
(DR) Thuram, (SW) Juliano/Ferrara, (SW) Montero, (LB) Birindelli/Pessotto
(MR) Camoranesi, (DMC) Davids/Tachi, (ML) Zambrotta
(AM) Nedved
(ST) Del Piero (ST) Trez

*If Zambrotta can adapt his play on the left flank, then he can definitely be Juve's new left midfielder. Davids can cover the middle, winning ball from opponents and helpingout in attack making those insertions similar to nedved's. Tachi can play this position too if he recovers his form. But I have to say thought that he needs to add a little flare to his attacking play. As laresca said, his creativity leaves a bit desired.

Hey guys I'm so glad so much of you gave really intelligent posts to my topic:D However, I am confused. Someone , right after the Brighi and Di Vaio deal gave an entire post on Brighi being loaned and so was Di Vaio:(I really thought that Di Vaio was a reall yexpensive loan and that we would have a buy option at the end of the year. So did we really buy him or can we return him at the end of his extremely disappointing run:down:

Oh and I forgot, what about Sculli or Micolli, since Moggi already stated that there will be no new players that Juve dont own on our roster in January. Is Moggi serious??? He cant be, we need D'allesandro!!!Or Mutu, or Cisse .He would be great. How come there arent even any rumours of us trying to get him???
