Swap Zidane and Beckham there, and you might get one. ;) Zidane's a right winger like Zambrotta's a centre-half.
i put him in the AML position, same side as carlos;)

btw this was where he was played when del bosque was still there.not as a winger,of course(they have carlos for that)but a slightly left sided attacking mid who mainly operates in the centre.

you can't possibly put raul on the left can you?

Case for the argument.

Rossi - Tassotti, Baresi, Costacourta, Maldini - Donadoni, Rykaard (is this spelling right Erik?) , Albertini, Eranio - Gullit, Van Basten

Would give Real a pretty good match.
;).

Anyway current Milan side looks pretty invincible as well on paper.

Monkfish,
I think people have been telling that for last couple years but some magician must have cast a spell on his eye that can only see 'los galaticos' depending 1:0 lead doggedly and thus he gets fits to buy another forward.:D
I'm not Erik, but it's Rijkaard.

Or Rykaard, if you prefer. :) Cruijff=Cruyff, etc. - interchangable.

The ij spelling seems to be more common with Rijkaard though for some reason.

Try looking at the team from the keepers perspective then - you had the team flipped across the length of the pitch.

That's right, but still pretty central.1

Yes you can. He's left footed, and can play on the wing in a pinch, though it seems a waste to put him there.

Not really actually, well not in the Netherlands anyway. 'y' is not the same as 'ij'. It should just be Cruijff and Rijkaard, trust me.

Riijkaard ?! :rofl:Haha.

Sorry.

Anyway, according to reports today, Samuel seems to prefer London and Chelsea.

I think these are on Planetfootball and...ahem.......Tribalfootball.

Whether these reports should be believed is another matter entirely!

That's just because we all know that Samuel is not coming to Juve. It was astronomically unlikely to begin with, but now Roma has secured some financial backing, so it's even less likely.

SAMUEL is one of the best defenders in Europe... it would be a big asset if we can bring him to turin...doesnt matter he plays with roma...he is perfect to sustitute Montero...

Cavenaghi eill surely kick ass in seie A, im very sure. He is more mobile than trezeguet and with the correct teamates he will become a top scorer for sure.

we will get him at a very acceptable price...and will be still able to invest on defenders.

samuel said that he wants to join chelsea :groan:
What is the deal? It's like players have no idea that joining a club like Chelsea means that they won't get to play...
