until now its looking pretty good. we are able to stretch them pretty often which shows the potential of this tactic with good wingers and pirlo who can spread the game fast =)

Marchisio you can criticize for several things, but lack of technical ability to retain possession isnt one of them. His passing isnt that well versed, but has the all around technique and ball controll to generally be safe with possession, is bit tricky and close with his ball handling mainly (case in point, how he just battled/rounded two guys with the ball to keep it). That he is physically too soft for 2 man CM duo is another thing. But no, he doesnt lack technique at all.

He's got very sloppy ball control and seems off balance every time he gets the ball
