It wouldn't have mattered for two reasons. Del Piero needs to call Giovinco, and Parma had the option to purchase him so whatever Conte said would have effectively meant shit, unless we purchase their half back (for a much higher price I'd imagine).

He wanted to stay at Parma this season to be a first team regular and get called up for the Euro's, if he has another good season theres no reason he shouldn't be called back, he shits all over we have at the moment
