I am for DD as he has got Monaco to the CL final and I think Monaco also leading the french league while Prandelli earned Parma their usual spot in the league and even if he get them a CL spot I still think that DD achievment is much greater.
By the way I don`t know why Prandelli is so rated I didn`t see Parma`s matches but from their league spot I would say it is an ordinary season.
The only two I am impressed from Parma are Ferrari who I have seen him playing and he is truely a great defender and Gilardino who I haven`t seen him much but his goal scoring position is Serie A is something to respect especially when I think he was a sub at the start of the year. But again maybe I am wrond about Gilardino about him I am not quite sure.
Ferrari is a must!!

Well, if we add your and my prediction (81.73% that Prandelli is a new coach + 70% that he bring Gila and Ferrari with him), we get

70*81.73/100

This makes that 57.21% probability that we will have Prandelli + 2 Parma players :D

DD or Prandelli! It doesn't matter to me, as both are really great coaches!
But Prandelli can bring better (and cheaper?!) players with him, that's what makes the difference... Sure, Rothen, Evra etc. are great, but Ferrari and Gilardino are Italian, and they are familiar with Serie A...

Parma is close to bankrupcy, and they have announced that best of its squad will be sold.

Players are owned by the club, not by the coach. A coach can't "bring" players with him unless those are released by the club.

In this framework, Monaco, which is keen on keeping its players and Deschamps for next year would be much more difficult to deal with than Parma.

And to me this is for the better, as Poku noted, Ferrari and Gilardino are Italian and have Seria A experience.

Didier back in Juve chase

Monaco boss Didier Deschamps is reportedly back in the race to take over at Juventus next season.

It was believed that Parma’s Cesare Prandelli was in pole position but the Frenchman seems to be a serious contender again.

The Old Lady have already confirmed that one of the two men will replace Marcello Lippi in the summer.

Stories last week indicated that Prandelli would be handed the job after his success this season but also because of his salary.

Deschamps reportedly wants a £2m a season deal but Prandelli would only expect around half of that amount.

However, stories on Wednesday suggest that the Deschamps has lowered his asking price which could tempt Juventus into a rethink.

Hours before we will now for sure they publish this!?!
