And in Vietnam, people change their minds all the time. In late 80s, people supported USSR, knew little about football. Since mid 90s, they've been supporting EPL, and Manu fucking dominates. Tbh, this is lame, they're purely glory hunter.

However, there are minorities but they're absolutely dedicated and not glory hunter at all. Most of them love Roma, Arsenal and Juve, of course Juve community is the biggest among those. Juve fans in Vietnam gather in small groups but with strong cohesion. We're proud of it.

Alot of ppl watch "soccer" in Canada. It doesn't get any respect from the media though, despite more youth enrolling in soccer than hockey and the U20 WC setting an attendance record.

EPL is shoved down your throat. Hardly surprising consider the ties with the England.

In my experiences, most football fans I have come across are gloryhunters, and they all support the same cluster of teams (Utd, Arsenal, Madrid, Barca, etc)

Ive only met a handful of Juve fan's, but in cities like Toronto and Montreal where there are larger Italian communities there are plenty of Juve fans.

Among the guys from my generation and among the folks in their 30's, Juve is the most popular football team in this part of Croatia, by far. Three players from the most popular team of south Croatia, Hajduk, played for Juve (Jarni, Boksic, Tudor).
In whole Croatia i think Milan are more popular.

The younger guys prefer EPL, i believe.
Yes, Milan. Boban-Dinamo link. :inter:

Its either Real or Barca here, Juve are the most popular italian team though. Libya is another story though, i think i can safely say that more than half the people who follow football there support Juve.
its ironic fred.... we r next door and its the complete opposite sadly. here the teams that are huge are as follows:

1 barca
2- madrid
3- manure
4- milan
5-chleski
6- inter
7- rare juve fans. :vinny: ( i always get asked one annoying question just cos iam ajuve fan: 1- why do u still support them man they r in seria B they r not strong any more and they dont win cl? i rather not answer back cos they dont have the iq to grasp the answer.

off course the worse set of fans on this list are the inter fans. and if i had to chose one memeber on this forum to come to uni with me it will be turk no doubt about that. i wish he could come to cairo just for three days he would have a field day!!!

the amount of bullshit u listen too from them is senesational u just laugh at there stupidity!!!! sad b****** :pado:

manure fans are crap as well but are'nt they supposed to be that way????:pado:

Not many people here follow serie A. Most of the people are into the premier league, but juve has its fans and very dedicated ones, not glory hunters.
Not many people IN Lebanon not only follow calcio, but not Juve too?

That somewhat suprising, since I was a kid, the most consistent thing with all the lebanese dudes I met or knew of were that almost ALL are Juventini (can count up immediately 10 closest Lebanese dudes I can recall are all Juve fans). And then later on online, I somehow notice the trend continued for sure, hehe.

I was starting to think all the Lebanese new borns were baptized by Moggi or such :p

P.S I would think the more cool things of the Middle East is that they are mostly fans of Italian football (and hence Juve ones too), unlike most of the rest of the world who has EPL shoved down their throats due to the anglo-dominance.

In Denmark Juve is behind the English top 4 + Tottenham, Real and Barca. I think we are on the same level as Inter and ahead of Milan. Now that Poulsen has arrived we'll surely get a lot of glory hunters.

In Abu Dhabi most of the guys in their mid to late twenties are Juve fans. Those are the people who had the chance to follow Juve’s golden era in the mid-late nineties while they were teenagers. Plus Abu Dhabi sports channel used to broadcast the Italian league for free and people who followed the league closely used to root for Juve. There were also quite a few idiots who didn’t know anything about football other than Ronaldo’s name and they obviously were inter fans just because of Ronaldo. The funny thing is that most of them didn’t know any player in inter other than him and most of them left inter to Real when Ronaldo moved, Kind of like what the Zlatanists did, when Zlatan moved to inter. Back then their were no Real, Barca, EPL or Milan fans, everyone used to support either Juve or inter.

what you think

please discuss

i can tell u for sure that the bolded question u posted has no answer. i ve been studying my brother closely and i tried to figure out what he sees in a team such as inter and i came up with just two conclusion:

1-his genes are messed up!!! :xmas:
2- he is trying to be different than me ( considering i am his older brother :smoke: ) i guess the shit hit the fan with that choice of his.

although i'm happy to report that he has lost interest in footie or is not as hot headed about it like in the past

There lots of lebanese peeps in dubai, though most of them support madrid, a close 2nd barca, and very few Juve.

Yes, i know.
Milan vs Juve is actually Dinamo vs Hajduk or Boban+Simic vs Jarni+Boksic+Tudor.

You're really special you know. Dinamo and Juve fan. You can't find many who support these two teams :)

Of the Serie A teams most people in the US who watch Serie A like Milan. Then it goes Madrid, Man U, Barca, Chelsea, and Arsenal for the rest and generally there are more of those fans than Milan.
