Heard rumours but didn't think it was official. Thought Schalke were stalling. Maybe they were just sitting down savouring the comedy of the offer. Know I would.
can't honestly see the deal materialising now, with each passing day the window of opportunity is closing in and the more I'm actually starting to believe that we will sign some provincial player or nobody at all

who the fuck in their right mind would want to hope the club signs a 1 season wonder like vazquez? stop making him out to be some sort of amazing player in the making because he is not and I am almost certain he won't even replicate anything like what he did last season

You didn't want to sign him either. Maybe he will change his mind like you did.

he could be a 1 hit wonder.

but what if he can continue playing like this?

    we dont know it.
He's 26 playing for an average club where the team was effectively built around both him and Dybala, something that won't even happen at Juve. I've seen plenty of players like this especially in Italy who went on to turn like shit - D'agostino, Cerci, Immobile, Amauri etc... He has absolutely no scope for improvement, and can't even so much cement a place in the NT

will dybala be any good? because we wont build the team around him right? :boh:

look, i’m not a vazquez fan, but he wouldnt be the first player to reach his peak in his
    mid twenties.

Dybala is different in the sense that he doesn't actually need the team to be built around him as he is one that works for the team with his ability and work rate dropping deep in search of the ball and carry the ball himself if needs be.
