Like i said i don't consider Draxler a Trequartista, so IMO we should either be playing a 4-3-3 wish similar to a 4-3-2-1 or push Pogba a little higher and play the formation that i mentionned before, it would allow us to ensure more cover for our defence with Both Marchisio and Khedira playing as holding MF, give Pogba more freedom and allow us more pressing something we will loose with Vidal absence.

Understandable, 2011 was the peak of his career with that Nürnberg goal and that hype. Hype about Draxler in 2011 was one of the biggest german player hypes I've witnessed.

It really takes no skill to "scout" him when he is the object of discussion in every single media

Draxler is both central and wide player.

He's tactically versatile as in he can fit multiple schemes so ofcourse our management prefer to sign him more among other reasons.

Saying Draxler is just 'a winger' is like saying Dybala is just a support striker.Both statements are not true ofcourse.They are both versatile player who can fit different modules.This is what our management wants.Deal with it.

And please.Freaking Coman is nowhere near ready.you're comparing a teen to a player who already has 34 champions league appearances to his name

He's is wider player than he is central. And right now it's amazing how half of us are consoling ourselves with this deal by qualifying Draxler as a versatile player. That's not good enough after selli Vidal. Deal with it. Coman incidentally has a far higher ceiling than this guy who is being slowed down by injuries. Just because they work at he club doesn't mean they are above making a decision that may not be the best one. Or it doesn't mean they can't make mistakes.

Is Draxler even an authentic AM? He seems like a winger to me, the sort of player who would directly contest with Coman.

If you include one of these players in the line up it seems likely that one of Dybala, Morata or Mandzukic would not play in it, whereas together they could.

I'm wondering if Dybala will eventually be used as Treq if Goetze or an AM doesn't come. And given draxlers so called versatility also makes you question what our intent with Coman is.
