Draxler was meant to be an investment for the future. he would improve our team right away clearly, but he wont be the one to make the difference between a scudetto and 2nd place, a CL final and an early exit. the team can stay competitive without Draxler for the next season easily, but having Draxler on the long run, considering he stays out of injuries, would benefit this team greatly.

and yes, we dont have full trust in his fitness, thats why the bonuses are important. if he stays healthy, we pay 30M+ considering he is worth that (if healthy). if he is injured for a great amount of time during his contract, the bonuses dont kick in, we spend a total of 18-20M on him, and still can sell him for 10-15M after 2-3 seasons which wont bring us a financial loss on him.

Champions League finalists Juventus want, according to Italian media reports, submit a final offer for the Schalke Star. Juve therefore prepare to pay 18 million euros plus nine million euros in bonusses, reports the newspaper " Gazzetta dello Sport " .

Juve will not want to go beyond this sum according to " Gazzetta " information. The planned deal should be in the next few days . He is not Juve material. He has been poor for 2 years and has never been consistent. Lots of players get hyped when they have some good games at 18/19, but then fail to improve. He has talent, but we need players who can help right now.
