am quite sure he had all sarcasm intended tho, Draxler is the last hope to secure parity, esp with the kind of names we know Beppe will latch onto as "market opportunities"
Common. I'm fairer than that, I genuinely meant it. Missing out on Draxler could make us look at some of the bigger names now, even if we stretch our budget a bit.

I don't think missing out on Drax will make Beppe look to a bigger name unfortunately, if you really hope for that, you might regret the alternative Beppe will get for Draxler.

COME ON!!!!! This is getting depressing. From Gotze and Draxler to Sapponara and Cuadrado.

What the f*******cuk is happening hereeeee???? Draxler looked like done deal. Terms agreed with the player and a good relationship with the club.

I refuse to believe Marotta can be so incompetent to drop the ball like this. Grab vidal´s money and pay Schalke the 30M to seal the transfer and for once stop penny pinching. We just lost Vidal FFS!!!!!!!!

We're not even linked to Saponara...people just were laughing and trolling.
And Cuadrado just the same old story again and again.no news regarding us making a move on him.

For now, there is no one else we're linked to and being seriously connected to other than Draxler.

We should all just wait and see what Marotta and AA will do.

I am afraid there are no bigger names out there. Oscar, Isco, Reus, Gotze are out of the question. A long shot would be david Silva or pastore if either club buys de bruyne.

Thats it. I am just a haggar man walking around without hopes and dreams. This mercato is over.

I don't think this story is over, Romeo Agresti and Di Marzio still say its on. We will see what happens. Keep the discussion clean lads.
Poor people, who still believe Di Marzio & Co. these clueless trolls. So many here and were fooled by Italian media and then schooled by Nostradamus. Special greetings @The Cusp what a tool.

I very much doubt that Draxler is actively pushing for a Juve move. Apparently he'd be alright with it if Schalke agrees to sell him to us, but he's not going to stir up any trouble just to join us.

Anyone think that if Shaqiri goes to Schalke that might free up Draxler? Couldn't Shaq be a replacement for Drax?
If Shaqiri would join Schalke, then he is the Farfan successor and nothing else. After that statement from Heldt, its OVER and Draxler wont join Juve.

according to Nostradamus, hes a Bayern fan since he was a kid and will transfer there in the next 2-3 mercatos
..but I wouldnt bet on it anymore. Since Guardiola is coach of Bayern, nothing of Bayern is predictable anymore..on the buying side. Its still relatively easy to predict, what players r going to be sold..the useless ones. I would like Draxler at Bayern, but I understand, that Bayern dont want to pay 40m€+ for a player, who has stagnated the last two years due to injuries. Draxler has to do the same like Götze, both have something to prove this year.

Schalke said they wouldnt sell Neuer either.
..and Bayern needed to wait for several years to get Neuer until his contract was just running for one more year. The years before he categorically ruled out a transfer to Bayern. It was clear, that Schalke would sell him, instead of losing him for nothing a year later, so these two cases r absolutely not comparable.

It's a shame. This kid is a talent. Which was why I was shocked at the beginning of this thread that his name was even being mentioned in the first place
