Not really, because he gets minus pts if we don't sign them. For example, he gets +6 for Vargas and +5 for Elia. If we don't sign Vargas he gets -6 and even if we sign Elia he'll get with +5 from that one and a -1 in total from the two transfers. He can get good number of pts (+11) only if we sign both.
