It's only for the EPL, La Liga big teams, with PSG and Bayern able to compete. Now we are in the same position we put the others when in the 1990's and early 2000's we were paying 30-50m eur for players, while the rest outside Italy were struggling to find 10 or 15m eur for a very good player.
