25 mil option is "a lot" considering that he had a poor season with Chelsea (or rather not even being used there). They've bought the guy for around 29 mil. One would think a year later with below average season would knock at least 9 mil from that price.

If we just loan him here temporary then it's great but if we're gonna pay that price next season for him then we're just stupid.
